At Capco, we're looking for an experienced **Front-End Developer (React)** to provide specialist development services for a project within the financial services and payments industry. You'll collaborate with the Team, contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of modern web applications supporting business-critical payment services. This engagement offers the opportunity to apply your React expertise, work with AWS cloud technologies, and deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused digital solutions.

**What You’ll Do**

- Design, develop, and deliver responsive, high-quality front-end solutions using React and modern JavaScript technologies.

- Collaborate with the Agile Team, including developers, product owners, QA engineers, and other stakeholders, to coordinate technical activities and deliver agreed project outcomes.

- Develop and maintain integrations between front-end applications and APIs or services hosted within AWS cloud environments.

- Deliver clean, maintainable, and testable code, contributing to technical reviews and applying established engineering standards.

- Analyse and resolve technical challenges, optimise application performance, and contribute to improvements in usability, accessibility, and application quality.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Approximately 5–10 years of relevant software development experience, with substantial hands-on expertise in React and modern front-end development.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and automated deployment processes.

- Knowledge of web accessibility standards, front-end security practices, and performance optimisation.
