## Description

### About the Role

Join an early engineering team building a cloud-first platform for orchestrating coding agents. You will work alongside the founders to help engineering teams run persistent, shareable agent tasks across a range of infrastructure and interfaces.

### What You'll Do

- Build the orchestration engine for running multiple coding agents in parallel and keeping long-running tasks active across sessions.

- Enable the platform to run on customer infrastructure, bare-metal fleets, cloud providers, and managed compute.

- Support different coding agents and models, including bring-your-own subscriptions and open-source models.

- Develop desktop, web, and mobile interfaces, along with integrations for team communication and project management tools.

- Build team capabilities for shared environments, secrets, skills, MCP servers, spend controls, and usage visibility.

- Work with early customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into the product.
