## Description

**Forward Deployed Engineer**We are seeking a talented Forward Deployed Engineer who is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex, real-world problems. In this role, you’ll embed directly with our customers to understand their technical challenges, design innovative solutions, and implement them on Reform’s platform - ensuring seamless integration and ongoing optimization.

### **Responsibilities**

- Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects - from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.

- Engage deeply with customer executives and teams to understand their business needs, translate them into actionable technical strategies, and integrate solutions seamlessly.

- Become a power user of Reform’s platform and leverage your technical expertise to design, build, and deploy solutions - including integrations and new features - to address customer needs.

- Work with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that customer and field insights drive product strategy.

- Provide hands-on guidance and deliver direct support to ensure product reliability.
