### The Role

As an **AI Builder (Forward Deployed Engineer)**, you'll be the speed and execution engine behind innovative AI initiatives. Working directly with business stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and help transform successful concepts into scalable, production-ready systems.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and delivering practical solutions that create measurable business value.

This position is based in **Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a hybrid work arrangement**.

### Role Responsibilities

- Translate business challenges into practical, working AI solutions.

- Rapidly build, test, and iterate using **Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool**.

- Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other modern AI development tools.

- Develop full-stack solutions spanning front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration.

- Build Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.

- Take prototypes from initial concept through development, deployment, and production.

- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define problems, and shape solutions rather than simply execute predefined requirements.

- Demonstrate working solutions, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.

- Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance requirements while maintaining development speed and quality.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment to drive AI adoption and deliver business outcomes.
