### About the Role

Join a small, high-caliber team building AI-powered workflows for private-market operations. You will lead technical delivery from customer discovery through production launch, translating operational needs into practical solutions and bringing deployment insights back into the product.

### What You'll Do

- Manage technical delivery across the project lifecycle, from discovery through production.

- Work directly with customer teams to map workflows and identify adoption barriers.

- Convert customer processes into AI-driven workflows using the platform.

- Build and rapidly iterate on tailored prototypes, adjusting scope based on customer feedback.

- Bring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable approaches for recurring needs.

### What We're Looking For

- Production experience shipping software, with approximately 1 to 6 years of relevant experience.

### Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
