## Description

### **About FrontierFrontier** is a subsidiary of **Fresh Prints**. Fresh Prints is a New York-based, fast-growing, fully remote, 150-person company with most of our team based in India and the Philippines. A few years ago, Fresh Prints began helping other fast-growing companies build their teams. We got so good at it that we spun out a new company to focus exclusively on that — and called it **Frontier**.

At Frontier, we help companies grow full-time, cross-functional teams abroad. We hire the smartest people and place them into the best companies. In three years, we’ve never lost a client. If you’re interested in a Frontier role and you apply and are accepted, we’ll screen you through assessments and interviews and aim to get you an interview for a full-time job within the month.

**Think of us as your personal talent agent — and good luck with the application!** 😊

***Please note: To ensure we find the best technical fit, our process begins with a practical skills assessment prior to interviews.***

### **About Oak Hill Bio**

Oak Hill Bio is a clinical-stage, rare disease therapeutics company focused on developing life-changing treatments for patients with urgent unmet needs. We are passionate about translating cutting-edge science into meaningful therapies and building a collaborative culture that drives innovation and impact.

### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **Finance Manager / FP&A Lead** to join our growing finance team and play a key role across our US and UK operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines **FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, and month/quarter-end close responsibilities**. The successful candidate will work closely with the US and UK Controllers and have the opportunity to support a complex, multi-group biotech organization.

The role will report directly to the Finance leadership team and will be responsible for helping ensure the **accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of financial reporting and close processes**, while also providing meaningful financial analysis and insight to support business decisions.

We are particularly interested in candidates with **biotech or life sciences experience**, strong technical accounting knowledge, and experience working across US and UK reporting environments.

### Key Responsibilities

### Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead and support FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.

- Provide meaningful analysis and insights into financial performance, trends, and business drivers.

- Partner with business and finance stakeholders to develop financial plans and forecasts.

- Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.

- Support scenario analysis and longer-term financial planning.

### Financial Reporting & Close

- Support the accurate and timely completion of monthly and quarterly close processes across US and UK entities.

- Work closely with the US and UK Controllers to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.

- Review financial results, investigate variances, and identify potential accounting or reporting issues.

- Support preparation and review of management and financial reporting.

- Assist with US/SEC reporting requirements and related financial information.

- Help ensure consistent accounting and reporting practices across the group.

### Accounting & Technical Finance

- Apply strong knowledge of **US GAAP and UK GAAP** across a multi-entity environment.

- Support technical accounting matters and ensure appropriate accounting treatment for complex transactions.

- Work closely with Controllers and other finance stakeholders on accounting issues and reporting requirements.

- Develop a detailed understanding of the group's operations, entities, and financial activities.

- Be willing to **roll up your sleeves and get into the detail** when required rather than operating solely at a high-level FP&A or management-reporting level.

### Business Partnership

- Partner closely with finance and operational teams across the US and UK.

- Build strong working relationships with Controllers and other key stakeholders.

- Help improve financial processes, reporting, controls, and systems.

- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the efficiency and accuracy of finance processes.

- Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as the business evolves.

### Required Qualifications & Experience

- Qualified accountant (e.g., **ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent**).

- Significant experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or a combination of these areas.

- **Strong biotech or life sciences industry experience is essential.**

- Strong knowledge of **US GAAP** and familiarity with **UK GAAP**.

- Experience with **US/SEC reporting** and related financial reporting requirements.

- Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes.

- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capabilities.

- Experience working within a multi-entity or multi-group organization.

- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.

### Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working across US and UK finance teams.

- Experience in a public company or SEC reporting environment.

- Experience with biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.

- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

- Experience improving finance processes and controls.

### What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines **strong technical accounting expertise with commercial and analytical thinking**.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving between high-level FP&A work and detailed accounting analysis. They will be naturally curious, hands-on, highly analytical, and able to understand how different entities and business activities connect within a complex group structure.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to have a meaningful impact on the finance function while working closely with experienced Controllers and senior finance leadership.
