## Description

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.
We are looking for a Fabricator to work in our manufacturing machine shop who will work closely with manufacturing teams to support tooling and production needs for our robot lines.

**Responsibilities: **

- Fabricate complex parts and assemblies.

- Provide feedback and solutions to improve designs and create efficiency.

- Assist Engineers and Technicians with their projects.

- Provide training to individuals who require use of the equipment in the shop. Including Engineers/Technicians/etc.

- Perform preventative maintenance and repair on machines and equipment.

- Maintain inventory of supplies and raw materials within the shop.

- Maintain an open and safe environment where teams can collaborate.

- Document and track workflow.

The US base pay range for this full-time position is $45.00 to $70.00 per hour.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
