Position OverviewMaxinsights is seeking motivated, detail-oriented **Data Operations Interns** to support our Data Operations Manager and Operations team. This hands-on role involves data collection, equipment management, quality assurance, and general operational support to help projects run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities• **Data Collection**: Perform hands-on video data collection using specialized equipment and project SOPs.
• **Quality Assurance**: Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
• **Equipment Management**: Assist with setup, testing, inventory, shipping, and troubleshooting.
• **Operational Support**: Support daily tasks, administrative activities, and special projects.
• **Data Organization**: Maintain files, spreadsheets, trackers, and project documentation.
• **Project Coordination**: Track deliverables, monitor progress, and communicate updates.
• **Process Improvement**: Identify issues and help improve operational workflows.
• **Additional Responsibilities**: Assist with other tasks as needed to support Operations.

Qualifications• Prior experience in **technical operations, data collection, logistics, or a related** field preferred.
• Strong **organization, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills**.
• Comfortable using **Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive**.
• Able to learn **new hardware, software, and technical equipment**.
• Able to **work independently and collaboratively** in a **fast-paced environment**.
• Interest in AI, robotics, technology, or operations is a **plus**.
• Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
