**The role**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication Trainer to join our team "Coaching our Sales and Support engineers to bridge cultural gaps and deliver a seamless 'North American' or 'British' customer experience.". The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice coaching and a proven history of delivering high-quality training programs.

**Note:** This is a full-time, onsite role. Candidates must be available for afternoon shifts (2pm to 11pm or 3pm to 12 midnight) and occasional night shifts to support our global operations.

### Responsibilities

- Conduct voice coaching sessions for employees servicing US and/or UK audiences.

- Facilitate instructor-led training programs.

- Design, plan, and implement effective training curriculums.

- Organize and execute training workshops and classes.

- Provide constructive criticism and coaching to participants.

- Assess individual performance and develop improvement plans.

- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their training needs.
