**Experience Range:** Lead Engineer with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related Microsoft technologies, including solution design and implementation. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) entities, workflows, forms, and features to address complex business requirements
