**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Complex Project Manager** to lead a large-scale **Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program** focused on standardizing and harmonizing business processes across multiple regions, business units, and legal entities. The successful candidate will drive global template design, coordinate multi-country deployments, and manage cross-functional teams in a complex global environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment and stabilization.

- Drive the design, governance, and implementation of a global SAP template, balancing standardization with local business requirements.

- Manage global rollout and deployment waves across multiple countries and regions.

- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issue management.

- Coordinate globally distributed teams, including business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, system integrators, and external vendors.

- Manage cutover planning, data migration, testing, go-live activities, and hypercare support.

- Ensure integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BW/Analytics, and third-party applications.

- Provide executive-level reporting, governance, and stakeholder management.

- Drive organizational change management, user training, and business adoption activities.
