## Description

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare.
We're looking for board-certified **Psychiatrists** to serve as Collaborating Physicians for our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners. This is a flexible engagement centered on collaboration, chart review, and clinical consultation within a fully remote care model serving Medicaid populations.

 **What you'll do**

- Provide the physician collaboration required under Ohio law for the PMHNPs you work with

- Conduct chart reviews as set out in the collaborative practice agreement, covering clinical quality, prescribing, and documentation

- Meet with PMHNPs to discuss complex cases, diagnostic questions, and treatment planning

- Provide real-time and asynchronous consultation on challenging or escalating patient presentations

 **What you'll need**

- An active, unrestricted MD or DO license in good standing in Ohio

- Board certification in Psychiatry (ABPN or equivalent)

- Your own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)

- Working knowledge of collaborative practice requirements for PMHNPs

- Experience treating diverse psychiatric conditions across the lifespan

- Comfort with telehealth, EHR-based chart review, and remote communication tools

- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office, plus your own computer and reliable internet
