## Description

Genesis Santa Monica is seeking a highly skilled **Certified Automotive Technician** to join our elite Service Team. We are looking for experienced technicians with **Genesis and/or Hyundai certification **and experience who take pride in delivering exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and customer service.

As a technician with Genesis Santa Monica, you’ll have the opportunity to work exclusively with the innovative Genesis luxury brand, utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and technology. **Candidates with both Hyundai and Genesis experience are strongly encouraged to apply.**

We are seeking an experienced automotive professional with strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform complex repairs with precision and efficiency.

**$10,000 Signing Bonus for Qualified Candidates**

- Qualified candidates are eligible for a $10,000 signing bonus, paid as follows:

- $5,000 after 90 days, contingent upon obtaining Genesis Certification

- $5,000 after 6 months

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs.

- Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

- Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

- Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

**Qualifications**

**Compensation**

- The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $65.00.
