## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated **residentialCarpenter** to join our team in the **Richmond, VA area!**

This is an **onsite Carpenter position** for an **apartment community - Abbington West End Apartments**

This is a full time position with **40 hours per week guaranteed! **Working hours are currently Mon-Fri.

**Weinstein Propertiesowns and manages all of our properties** which provides stability and growth opportunities!

**Compensation:**

- **Pay- starting at $24 per hour **depending on experience

- **Quarterly Bonus – $980 potential** (based on performance of property and team)
