## Description

**NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED RBT — FOREST HILLS, QUEENS**

🚨 A 14-year-old boy with autism is waiting for the right person. Start immediately. 🚨

This is a 1:1 in-home case with a teen who is nonverbal and physically strong. We need an RBT who can hold their footing in an active session — calm, confident, steady — and who understands that behind the behavior is a kid working hard to be understood. If you've done this work and you're good at it, you already know how much the right match matters here.

**At a glance:**

👦 Client: 14-year-old boy with autism, nonverbal
📍 Location: Forest Hills, Queens
🏠 Setting: In-home, 1:1
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
⏰ Hours: 15 hours per week, consistent
🗓️ Start: Immediately — this case is open now
💰 Pay: $22.50/hour

**What we're looking for:**

✅ Active RBT certification — required, not preferred
✅ Prior hands-on RBT experience — required
✅ Experience with autism, especially with nonverbal clients
✅ Physically capable of safely supporting an active, strong teen
✅ Crisis-prevention training (SCM, CPI, Safety-Care) a strong plus
✅ Patient, dependable, energetic, and compassionate
✅ Strong communication with the family and the supervising BCBA

**Why this case:**

One client, one family, no driving between sessions. Close BCBA supervision and real support — you won't be figuring out hard moments alone. Consistent weekday afternoons that leave your mornings open.
