CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment to join our team. He/she will be representing our brand in the front line, and responsible for delivering the best in-store experience for customers of our stores - **Festival Walk, Tsuen Wan Plaza, Causeway Bay & New Town Plaza. **

### Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

- Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and product information.

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Assist with inventory management tasks like unpacking deliveries and checking inventory levels.

- Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet store sales goals. 

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom.

- Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand's image.

### Requirements:

- 向顧客提供產品演示並介紹產品特點

- 清楚了解公司最新的銷售 、推廣、政策和產品信息 使用銷售點（POS）系統準確且高效地處理顧客交易

- 確保商店的視覺陳列吸引人，產品整齊有序並達至公司要求 協助處理庫存及倉務工作，如拆貨物和檢查庫存數量

- 及時且專業地處理顧客詢問、投訴和退貨

- 達到個人銷售目標，並與團隊合作達成共同銷售目標

- 維持乾淨和有序的工作區域，包括銷售區和儲藏室

- 根據需要參加商店會議、培訓和研討會

- 遵守公司政策和程序，包括損失預防和安全措施

- 尋找機會提升銷售技巧和客戶服務的能力

- 維持專業且整潔的形象，與品牌形象保持一致 

### 資歷:

- 高中畢業或同等學歷

- 具備至少3年零售行業經驗

- 精通英語、廣東話和普通話的口頭溝通能力

- 能夠適應輪班工作

- 熟悉銷售點（POS）系統和基本電腦技能

- 擁有提供良好顧客服務的態度，能夠聆聽客人需要並提供合適的解決方案

- 能夠在團隊環境中與同事良好地工作和合作

- 主動積極，對工作充滿熱情，具備有效與各級別溝通的能力
