Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
**$60–$70/hour | Contract | Flexible Schedule**

### What You’ll Do

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.

- Oversee and support paraprofessionals.

- Monitor progress through data collection and analysis.

- Provide parent/caregiver training.

- Develop individualized treatment programs and behavioral strategies.

- Collaborate with families and team members to support client success.

### What We’re Looking For
