**Location:** In-home and in clinic setting – Lexington, OH
**Pay:** $17-$22 per hour
**Hours: **

- Monday - Friday: 3:30PM-6:30PM

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated **Behavior Technician** to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Lexington, OH.

**Your Role:**

- Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans

- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills

- Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs

- Support families through parent training and consistent communication

- **Work Environment - **This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.

**What You Bring:**

- 1+ year experience with children

- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

- A passion for helping children grow and succeed

- Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington

**Job Details:**

- **Part-time:** 15+ hours/week

- **Full-Time: **30+ hours/week

- **Pay:** $17–$22/hr

- **Benefits:** PTO, professional development

- **Training: **40 hour online required once hired
