**Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Lansing, Michigan Company: **SenseSational Learning Group
**Job Type: ** Part-Time & Full-Time Available | Mornings & Evenings (some afternoons)
**Location:** In-Person - Lansing, MI
**Pay:** $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Celebrate a toddler’s brand-new word. Talk music and gaming with a 15-year-old until they feel completely at ease. We’re hiring** RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate** to support neurodivergent kids and teens (autism, ADHD, and more), from early intervention through the teen years. We’re a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming, play-based ABA practice.** No table drills. Just real connection.**
 **Your day:**

- 1:1 ABA support in homes, preschools, schools, and the community

- Help little ones build early communication and play skills, OR help teens build independence, confidence, and real friendships

- Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data

- Build trusting relationships with kids, teens, and their families
 

**You're our person if you:**

- Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start)

- Have experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed), reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and can lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
