**Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Hastings, Michigan Company: **SenseSational Learning Group
**Job Type: ** Part-Time | Weekdays 4:00pm - 6:30pm
**Location:** In-Person - Hastings, MI
**Pay:** $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

We're hiring **RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate** to deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. **No table drills. All play, all heart.**
 **Your day:**

- 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries

- Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data

- Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers
 

**You're our person if you:**

- Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start)

- Have experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed), reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and can lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
