We are recruiting for an experienced **Band 6 Community Paediatric Physiotherapist** for an exciting opportunity in Berkshire. This is an **exclusive vacancy available only through our agency**, offering competitive rates and an immediate start for the successful candidate.

### The Role

You will work within a community paediatric service, providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to children and young people with a range of developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a key role in supporting children to achieve their functional goals and maximise their independence.

### Key Responsibilities

- Carry out comprehensive paediatric physiotherapy assessments.

- Develop and deliver individualised treatment programmes.

- Manage a varied caseload of children with complex needs.

- Work closely with families, schools, nurseries, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Provide advice, education, and support to parents, carers, and other professionals.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

### Requirements
