We are recruiting for an experienced **Band 6 Acute Medicine Physiotherapist** for an exciting opportunity in Birmingham. This is an **exclusive vacancy available only through our agency**, offering competitive rates and an immediate start for the successful candidate.

### The Role

You will work within a busy acute medicine service, assessing and treating patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions. You will play a key role in facilitating recovery, promoting safe discharge planning, and supporting patients to regain mobility and independence during their hospital stay.

### Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for acute medical patients.

- Develop and deliver individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans.

- Manage a varied caseload within acute medical wards.

- Support early mobilisation, respiratory care, and functional rehabilitation.

- Contribute to discharge planning and patient flow initiatives.

- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

### Requirements
