**Position Overview**

As a Service Advisor, you are the **trusted face** of Audi Stuart. You’ll be the key liaison between our customers and service team, delivering a seamless, five-star experience from the moment a client arrives until they drive away in their Audi.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver a warm, professional welcome and expertly assess customer service needs

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and service options

- Create accurate repair orders and coordinate efficiently with technicians

- Keep customers informed with proactive, transparent communication

- Ensure a flawless end-to-end service journey

- Clearly explain services and costs while building trust and confidence

- Identify and recommend additional services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition

- Collaborate closely with technicians and parts teams to achieve timely, high-quality results

- Cultivate lasting customer relationships and drive long-term loyalty

 

**What You Bring**

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or customer service training required)

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role is required

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail

- Genuine passion for luxury brands and exceptional customer service

- Familiarity with automotive systems and repair processes is a plus
