**Experienced Automotive Sales Associate – CadillacJoin one of the country’s top Cadillac dealerships in Barrington, Illinois.Motor Werks Cadillac**, part of Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate with a passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service. If you have a proven automotive sales background and enjoy building lasting customer relationships, we want to meet you.

You will help customers select new and pre-owned Cadillac vehicles, explain features and technology, conduct test drives, and provide a premium experience from initial contact through delivery and follow-up.

**What You’ll Do:**

- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and deliver a personalized luxury sales experience.

- Present new and pre-owned Cadillac vehicles, features, technology, performance, and ownership benefits.

- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations, walkarounds, and test drives.

- Manage customer follow-up and build relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

- Maintain current knowledge of Cadillac, GM, Chevrolet, and competing luxury vehicles.

- Partner with sales management, finance, service, and support teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience.

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.

**What We’re Looking For:**
