📍 **Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, NY**

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** to provide **1:1 in-school support** for a wonderful **6-year-old student** in the Bensonhurst area.

### Position Details

🕒 **Schedule:** 22 hours per week during school hours

💲 **Compensation:** $25-$30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

📍 **Location:** Bensonhurst, Brooklyn

### Responsibilities

✅ Provide direct behavioral support in the school setting

✅ Implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans

✅ Foster skill development, independence, and positive social interactions

✅ Collaborate with educational staff and supervisors to support student success

✅ Collect and document data as required

### Qualifications

✔ RBT certification preferred

✔ Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or therapeutic settings

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Patient, dependable, and team-oriented approach

✔ Ability to follow behavior support plans with consistency and professionalism
