### **Band 6 Occupational Therapist – AcuteLocation:** Shropshire
**Contract:** Temporary

Our client is seeking an experienced **Band 6 Occupational Therapist** to join their team in Shropshire. This role involves working within an **acute inpatient setting**, specifically across **medicine, endocrine, respiratory, and renal wards**, supporting patients through their recovery and ensuring safe, timely discharges.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions across acute medical wards.

- Support **discharge planning** and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions.

- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.
