### **and 6 Occupational Therapist – Medical WardsLocation:** Dartford
**Contract:** Temporary
**Hours:** Monday to Friday 37.5 (Part time may be available) 

Our client is looking to source an experienced **Band 6 Occupational Therapist** to join their team as soon as possible. This role will involve working across **medical wards**, providing essential occupational therapy support to patients and contributing to their recovery and discharge planning.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions on medical wards.

- Support patients with functional assessments and rehabilitation.

- Assist with discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.

- Ensure patient-centered care and promote independence.

### **Requirements:**

- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
