## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Finance / FinOps / Accounting, including 3+ years in leadership roles within international tech companies or fintech
- Experience managing distributed teams (AP, AR, Cash)
- Strong experience in process design and building scalable workflows
- Experience transforming manual processes into automated solutions
- Deep knowledge of ERP system architecture (BAS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Upper-Intermediate level of English

## Description

**Responsibilities**

- Management of the global Finance Operations function: accounts payable, corporate expenses, revenue, and banking operations 

- End-to-end financial process ownership, including procurement and supplier settlements, invoice and payment processing; intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, and reconciliation 

- Ensuring fast and high-quality financial period close (Fast Close) 

- Ensuring accuracy of financial data and minimizing errors 

- Management of accounts payable and employee corporate expenses (travel, advances, corporate cards) 

- Oversight of banking operations, reconciliations, and intercompany settlements 

- Automation and optimization of financial processes to reduce manual work 

- Monitoring key KPIs: processing speed, transaction cost, error rate, overdue and unreconciled transactions 

- Development and enforcement of financial operational policies and internal controls 

- Management of a distributed team and development of the Finance function

**Requirements**

- 5+ years of experience in Finance / FinOps / Accounting, including 3+ years in leadership roles within international tech companies or fintech
