## Description

### About Agency Eight

Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams — helping them build community, drive content, and scale creator programs in a measurable way.

We're looking for an organized, client-focused Account Manager to join our growing influencer marketing team. In this role, you'll work on a portfolio of clients — owning campaign execution, driving content quality, and keeping everything running on time. This is a great role for someone who takes pride in doing things right, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep a lot of plates spinning at once.

### What You'll Do

**Gifting Programs**

- Approve creator sourcing lists and provide direction to coordinators on outreach

- Review and approve gifting briefs and outreach copy before they go out

- Oversee outreach and follow-up execution, stepping in to unblock issues

- Own goal tracking for gifting programs — monitoring progress and flagging if we're off pace

**Paid Campaigns**

- Write and/or review all creative briefs before they go to creators

- Own concept and content review for paid campaigns — evaluating creator content against brief and providing feedback before approval

- Facilitate the client review process for paid content, managing feedback and timelines

- Own go-live tracking — confirming posts are live, on-time, and correctly formatted

- Coordinate with partner agencies to feed influencer content into paid media channels

- Report on paid campaign performance and translate results into client-facing insights

**Client & Account Admin**

- Own call agendas and recaps

- Send program updates on a regular cadence

- Compile monthly data reporting in collaboration with the wider team

**Team Management**

- Manage and mentor Account Coordinators and interns day-to-day

- Review and approve sourcing lists, outreach copy, and data trackers before they go up

- Provide clear direction, feedback, and quality control across all work streams

- Ensure your team is organized, on-task, and executing at a high level

### What Success Looks Like

- Your clients are informed, happy, and consistently receiving quality work

- Campaigns run on time and deliverables are never a surprise

- Your recaps are sharp, your agendas are prepared, and your content reviews are thorough

- You're growing into a trusted day-to-day lead your clients rely on

### **What We're Looking For**

- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field — agency experience strongly preferred

- Proven track record managing client relationships and executing campaigns end-to-end

- Strong written and verbal communication skills — your recaps and client emails are clear and professional

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously

- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members

- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you surface issues early and come with a plan

- Comfortable with data and reporting; able to compile data and communicate results clearly

- Proficiency in Google Sheets; experience or willingness to learn with project management tools such as Asana or Notion and tools like Archive and influencer databases

**Salary Range:** $65,000 - $85,000
