Have you ever watched a 9-year-old negotiate putting away ONE pencil like they're closing a billion-dollar business deal and thought, *"Fascinating. Let's consult the behavior plan."* 🤓📊

DO YOU POSSESS THE PATIENCE OF A SAINT, THE OBSERVATIONAL SKILLS OF AN FBI AGENT, AND THE ABILITY TO STAY PROFESSIONAL WHEN THE PLOT TWISTS HARDER THAN A NETFLIX FINALE?! 🕵️‍♂️⚡

**THEN YOU MAY BE OUR CHOSEN ONE.** 🫡👑

🧠 **THE MISSION:** We're seeking an exceptional BT/RBT for a 1:1 in-home case with a verbal 9-year-old boy with moderate functioning challenges and significant behavioral support needs.

Your quest includes: 📊 Collecting data like a clinical detective. 🎯 Implementing behavior plans like a certified wizard. 🧘 Staying calm when the session unlocks its bonus boss level. 🏡 Helping a child build meaningful skills through individualized support.

🇪🇸 **SPANISH-SPEAKING SUPERPOWERS:** Bilingual candidates are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to apply!

🧠 **CLINICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:** Bring your ABA knowledge, compassion, professionalism, data-collection skills, and ability to follow the treatment plan. We need a skilled human, not a raccoon with a clipboard. 🦝📋
