## Description

🦸‍♂️ **BEHAVIOR TECHS ASSEMBLE!** 🦸‍♀️

🚨 **URGENT SUPERHERO RECRUITMENT - SAUGERTIES, NY!** 🚨

A tiny human with a BIG personality is searching for her next superhero sidekick! 💥

We're looking for an awesome **Behavior Tech / ABA Para** to work 1:1 with an incredible verbal 4-year-old girl. She may only be 3 feet tall, but make no mistake... she occasionally operates as the CEO, Head of Negotiations, Director of Chaos, and President of "I Said No." 😂

**Your Superpowers:** ✨ Patience of a Jedi
✨ Energy of The Flash
✨ Reliability of Captain America
✨ The ability to keep a straight face during toddler-level hostage negotiations

**Mission Rewards:** 💰 AMAZING PAY
🕒 Flexible Evening & Weekend Hours
💙 25 Consistent Hours Per Week
🏆 Real-Life Hero Status

No cape required (but highly encouraged).

You'll work in a comfortable home setting with virtual BCBA support, helping one amazing child build skills, crush goals, and occasionally remind her that she is, in fact, not the boss of the universe. 😅

⚠️ **WARNING:** This case may disappear faster than Batman when the restaurant bill arrives.

📩 Apply today before another superhero claims the mission!

🦸 **SAVE THE DAY. EARN GREAT PAY. BE HOME FOR DINNER.** 🦸‍♀️
