Learning Ladders ABA is looking for a **dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Behavioral Technician** to join our team!

We're searching for someone who loves helping children succeed, celebrates the little victories, and wants to make a lasting difference in a child's life!

📅 **PROPOSED SCHEDULE:**

- **Tuesday & Thursday:** 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (in-home)

- **Additional hours:** Potential school-based hours on other weekdays

🌟 **WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:**

- Has a high school diploma

- Has previous ABA therapy experience

- Enjoys working with children

- Is patient, compassionate, and dependable

- Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to each session

- Values consistency and is looking for a **long-term commitment**

- Has RBT certification (preferred, not required)

You'll provide individualized ABA therapy in the home and potentially at school, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help a child develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and everyday life skills.
